First I must say that lately I have become Entrecard obsessed. I had Entrecard on my old blog when it was located over at Blogger but for some reason had forgot to move it over when I switched to self-hosted Word Press. Brandy recommended I add it back as she had seen an increase in traffic from it. At first I would not go out of my way to do drops daily, I would just drop on the blogs I happen to visit that day. Now I have this new fetish to see how many drops I can do and how quick. Probably a little of the OCD shining through in me. One of the things I love about Entrecard is I find new blogs that I haven’t seen before. Of course when you are speed racing to see how many drops you can do this might not be a good thing… getting distracted!
While doing my drops this past week I stumbled upon Stacie’s Madness and when I saw the photo of the old lady flipping me off, I had to stop! I love the concept behind this meme that links back to Mommy from the Midwest. Although I didn’t add the meme graphic (since my daughter occasionally reads my blog) I did decide to partake in this. Here it goes…
I have a long list of things that tick me off but I’ll try to keep it short.
- Since I touched on the Entrecard subject, I must say although I’ve become a huge fan recently there are a few things that tick me off. The fact that I read on several sites that you can do 300 drops in a few minutes… Please can someone define FEW for me? I have yet to reach 300 drops in one day. Another thing I hate is when I go to a blog found on Entrecard’s website and then can’t find their drop widget. Please, if you are no longer with Entrecard then remove your blog. I waste time searching for the drop location when I could drop at like two other blogs, I’m on a mission people!
- $500+ electric bills. Yes that’s right, last month it was $523 and this month it was $505. Do I need to explain why this ticks me off?
- Landlords who promise to take care of a portion of the electric bill after realizing there was a problem with the A/C unit and taking over a month and a half to follow through, TICK ME OFF.
- A/C companies who come out nearly two months ago and have yet to file a report with the landlord to have the A/C unit replace, we just need an estimate people, it’s not that hard.
As fun as this was I think I may do it again next week. Don’t forget to visit Mommy from the Midwest’s blog and read the other Totally Ticks Me Off Tuesday posts. She has a linky on her site.

I have never heard of this entrecard, I must check it out!
Those electric bills would totally tick me off! I can’t even imagine what my face would look like when I opened that bill! I freak out when our gas bill is $200 in the winter. Seriously, you really have the right to be ticked off.
Thanks for joining in. I honestly look forward to my Tuesday because I totally get to have my rant, lol.

woot.
The 300 thing is something that I really can’t figure out myself. If I drop 100 in a day, I’m good. Some days I don’t even drop 100.
Anyway, hope to see ya around my blog more often.

Sorry about all the bills and the AC issue sounds like a total tick you off moment. Entrecard – I can do 300 in 20-25 minutes but haven’t gotten it lower than that yet.

I think I would have a coronary if my electric bill was that much. Certainly would tick me off too.
I can get to 300 sometimes on Entrecard but it usually takes me 3-4 hours…split up between first thing in the am and then again at night. And I feel like I have really accomplished something. I would love to know how Brandy does it in 20-25 minutes. That is awesome.
