I’m a die-hard Mac fan. Actually I’m an all around Apple fan to be honest. iPhone, iPad, iPod, Macs… That’s one reason why I’m so thankful that Microsoft Office offers a Mac version of their software. I literally grew up using all the MS Office software. I took classes in high school and college on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. When I purchased my first MacBook I bought the less expensive Apple version, iWorks. Every time I sent someone a document I would have to save it as a regular file along with making a copy that was capable for MS Officer users. I would email two documents to each person, never knowing if they owned a Mac or PC. It was redundant to say the least.

I am so glad to finally have MS Office for Mac on both my desktop and laptop now. Just in time for back to school I am giving away one copy of MS Office. A complete box set of software for one lucky reader.
I remember T started creating PowerPoint presentations in elementary school. I was impressed with the fact they started using technology so quickly but also surprised that the school required the students to work on their projects at home as homework. I would not have been surprised if some of the students didn’t have MS Office five or six years ago at home. It just goes to show how important MS Office can be towards education.

- Presentations aren’t just for the boardroom; with PowerPoint, students can turn a poster board idea into a multi-media presentation with images, audio and video that will wow everyone.
- Authoring A+ papers and reports has never been easier with Microsoft Word.
- Want to make working with numbers easier? Excel comes with simple-to-use analysis tools such as Sparklines – embedded word-sized graphics – that bring visual meaning to complicated data.
- OneNote brings note taking to the digital age with easy to use tabs and search function. Keep audio, video, web clips and even scanned images in one place so that it’s never lost or forgotten.
- Students who use SkyDrive will never be without the documents, notes, photos, and videos that matter the most.
