Plantronics Bluetooth Giveaway

Plantronics Bluetooth Giveaway

February 17, 2009 in vlog

Below you can view my vlog review of the Plantronics 925 Bluetooth Headset. Sorry that I don’t sound like myself, catching this darn cold the kids have had. As I type this post I am losing my voice even more.

Don’t you just love it? It is the perfect size, great compact carrying case that doubles as a charger and sleek design. I needed a bluetooth headset because I am very bad about talking on the phone while driving. Not sure about other states but within my area it is against the law to drive in school zones while talking on the phone. My speaker phone option gets used a lot and the person on the other end can never truly hear me well.
Now for the giveaway! As you saw in the video I am giving away a complete Plantronics 925 Bluetooth Headset sealed in box brand new. The winner will receive the one shown in the vlog {pink in color}.

To enter the giveaway leave a comment telling me how you handle your phone when driving… Are you a straight-laced driver who goes by the book and doesn’t use your mobile when operating a vehicle? Do you only talk on the phone using a headset and/or speaker phone? Or are you a dare devil who has text messaged, checked emails and maybe even conducted conference calls while cruising down the highway? Come on be honest… whose judging?!

{Additional Entries – worth one entry each}

2. Blog about this giveaway with link and leave separate comment

I am always driving while talking, texting or reaind texts/emails. I’ve hated the way the bluetooths look but the one you are showing looks very casual and comfy.

I’m terrible about talking on my cell while driving…it’s one of the only times I can do business because the kids are content and QUIET while watching a movie in the back. As of now, my state doesn’t have any laws regarding the use of cell phones while driving, but they really should and I’m sure they will soon!
Thanks for an awesome giveaway, you rock!!

I always use a ear piece in the car. I’d probably use it all day except mine just isn’t very comfortable.

I actually never use my phone while driving. I just don’t want to be distracted. But I might if I had a bluetooth.

Ooh, pink! If I need to make a phone call I usually do it before I start moving. However, if I’m receiving a phone call I’m guilty of answering.I try to make it quick. I hate doing it, but I haven’t synced my junky hands-free device with my iPhone yet.

Currently I use my speaker phone when I have to drive and talk. My phone broke and we don’t remember the code to get my current headset to work with my new phone. I need a new headset.

Promise that I won’t get arrested? I am soooo guilty of occasionally checking my e-mail (at stops) and texting (usually at stops) and talking on the phone. My phone is big so it’s not one I can easily cradle with my shoulder!
This SASSY and adorable plantronics bluetooth would be a huge help to me!! Plus, I cook SO Much!! It would be great to use in the kitchen, too!!

Great giveaway!

I do not talk and drive. If I am driving and the phone rings and I am without another adult I let it ring. If hubby is with me he will answer it (and I will for him). If I am lost I will pull into a parking lot and use the phone from there. I guess I am a wimp. Oh and the fact that I have known people to get the ticket (here in WA) for driving while talking and it is a hefty fine.

I only talk on the phone while driving if I have my headset. But I will admit that is only because I drive a standard. If I had an automatic car, I would probably drive with talking without a headset too.

I don’t talk often while driving but when I do, I hold the phone. I’ve never found a headset that works. Hate them. I’d love to try this.

I only recently got a “real” cell phone, I had a cheap pre-paid before that I only used for emergencies. Now I’m on the phone all the time and since nobody’s going to turn me in, I do talk while I’m driving. I’ve tried using the speakerphone but it doesn’t work well and I end up yelling most of what I need to say.

Did I mention my new cell phone is pink? This would go perfectly!

I use my speaker phone in my car. Though it can be hard to hear the person who is on the phone.

At stop lights I do check my texts and emails. Not while driving though because I’m super cautious while driving with my daughter in the back [and she is always with me so she is always in the car].

gosh, I don’t text but I do talk on the phone while driving. I don’t find it very distracting, what IS distracting is hunting for the phone in my purse as it rings or trying to dial a number while driving. I have only done it once or twice, and only out of necessity-so this bluetooth would be too cool-hubby has a bluetooth and I am so jealous!
