		<description>Interesting question, and I agree with a lot of it depending on the kid. My husband, for example, was told not to work during college - to focus on his education while his parents paid for anything not covered by his student loans. I, on the other hand, had to work in addition to my loans and my parents paying for my books. I lived at home, but college is expensive! I still ran up plenty of loans, but I&#039;m glad I started working ASAP to offset the cost (and my grades didn&#039;t suffer...).
