I think I would do something very similar, although I would pay off my current house and build a nice home so that all the kids had their own room, I had my own private office and a guest room way back in the woods off of the main highway! I would then take care of my father since he can't afford to do anything, maybe build him his own little cottage to live on my property he would love that! Great list, love it!
