Aww poor little girl! My better half has terrible teeth problems and has had abscesses which resulted in similar swelling, unfortunately no dentist would work on him until the antibiotics had taken effect both reduce swelling and infection as well as reduce the risk of things like endocarditis from releasing the “grossness” in to the blood stream. I hope those antibiotics take care of that horrible bump soon though, tooth ache is NEVER any fun
