Everyone Needs An Alice

Everyone Needs An Alice

November 17, 2009 in Resources

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Alice.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

With my busy schedule I have been wondering how I could find a mommy’s helper. Since my funds are low I haven’t been able to hire someone to do the extra chores for me. With running to doctor appointments, raising kids and trying to work online it’s hard to add in any extra errands. So unfortunately my grocery shopping time has been limited lately. We literally run in the door to the grocery store grab something quick for dinner or resort to fast food. Yes, I know, mommy guilt.

A friend of mine referred me to Alice.com a short while back and although I signed up, I never took the time to setup my account. Until now that is… I have a coupon code for $10 that I have now applied to my current shopping cart order. Apparently when you refer someone your referral gets a $10 credit once they reach $50 in product orders. This coupon code doesn’t have to be applied to their first order.

The thing I love most about this site is you can set up your shopping list by room. So for the bathroom I have Quilted Northern Toilet Paper listed since this is one of the items I purchase on a regular basis. You can create different lists and schedule a reminder to be sent when you should be running low. Alice.com offers free shipping on all orders and they automatically apply coupons for products on sale. They will notify you if something goes on sale that you have listed in your account. So today Quilted Northern Toilet Paper was on sale and I ordered 12 Double Rolls for $7.03 and they also had Aussie Shampoo on sale for $2.18 which I bought yesterday for $3.22 at Walmart. I couldn’t believe it. Going through the website, setting up my shopping list so it is easy to access when I am ready to place my next order and finding items on sale that are shipped directly to my door at no additional cost is like having a mommy’s helper.

Everyone needs an Alice.

An additional bonus of using Alice.com is once you sign up you can refer a friend under the ‘My Account’ section and earn 3% back on their purchases from the year.
