Today is day 3 in the 30 day countdown to meet Brandy. Gosh each day I get a little more excited and a little more nervous. I hate flying, although I do fly somewhat often, it never gets easier. Plus the fact I watched Passengers the other night probably didn’t help any. But I know Brandy is worth it and I can’t wait for our much needed, well deserved night out on the town! You know we are going to vlog every minute of it…

Back in April I was given the opportunity to go see Diane Birch live in concert. I took my sister along for a girls night out. We absolutely had the time of our lives. Live music entertainment is number one on my list of enjoyment. I have absolutely no talent when it comes to singing or playing an instrument so watching someone live is amazing. The fact I was able to see Diane Birch live in concert and hear her play her beautiful songs before her album came out was exciting. I knew once her album came out her songs would touch a lot of people. As I described in my review of her concert, her lyrics touched my soul and the way she played the piano was breath-taking. Enjoying her new album in my vehicle as I drive is like re-living that great night at the Granada Theater all over again.
And the best part is… I get to give a copy of her CD away to one lucky reader!

My best friend is my twin sister. She currently lives about 12 hours from me. I only see her once or twice a year. However, that is about to change. I’m moving next month to the same city as my twin sister. Thank you for the opportunity.

My best friend is a girlfriend I’ve had for over 20 years. She lives about 10 miles away. We see each other at least two or three times a week and we talk on the phone daily. I really don’t know what I would do without her!
